Signed agreement/quotation is required before work commences.

Retainer Services are payable in advance of the required time period (weekly/fortnightly/monthly).

Ø 

Final payment is due 14 days from the invoice date.

Ø 

The client is responsible for any bank charges incurred as a result of returned cheques.

Ø 

Final Proof Reading for all documents is the responsibility of the client.

All errors returned within 24hrs or within 14 day for more complex projects will be corrected free of charge.  

Ø 

Client information will be retained for one month only from the work completion date unless otherwise requested.
